Instructions for receipt of goods

Truong Phu Chemical serves 3 modes of delivery as follows:

I. Truong Phu Chemical delivered to the customer warehouse

1. Step 1: The delivery section of the company informs the customer of the information related to the receipt of goods: quantity of goods, value, mode of payment, delivery time and address.

2. Step 2: The company's transport means or transportation service delivery unit to the customer's warehouse.

3. Step 3: Customers receive and pay*.

3.1 Check goods, goods delivery documents.

3.2 Receipt of Goods and Delivery Documents.

3.3 Confirm receipt of goods (Customer sign and write full name).

3.4 Payment* (applicable in case the customer pays immediately upon delivery).

II. Customers receive goods at Truong Phu Chemical warehouse

1. Step 1: The customer informs to the sales department of the company the information relating to the receipt of goods: quantity of goods, value, mode of payment, time of receipt of goods, number of vehicle, full name Recipient's phone.

2. Step 2: The company's accounting department confirms to the customer the information related to the receipt of goods: quantity of goods, value, mode of payment, time of receipt, number of car, name, number Recipient's phone.

3. Step 3: Customer's transportation means into the warehouse of the receiving company and paying*.

3.1 Check goods, goods delivery documents.

3.2 Receipt of Goods and Delivery Documents.

3.3 Confirm receipt of goods (Customer sign and write full name).

3.4 Payment* (applicable in case the customer pays immediately upon delivery).

III. Customers receive goods at the warehouse transport service units (cars, train stations, warehouse at the port ...)

1. Step 1: The company's accounting department informs the customer about the receipt of goods: quantity of goods, value, mode of payment, delivery time and destination.

2. Step 2: The company transports the goods to the warehouse of the transport service unit in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh.

3. Step 3: The transport unit of the freight forwarding unit from Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City to the warehouse of this unit in the customer area requested.

4. Step 4: The shipping service unit informs the customer about the receipt of the goods: quantity of goods, time of receipt of goods, receipt of goods, value* and method of payment* .

5. Step 5: Customers receive and pay*.

5.1 Check goods, goods delivery documents.

5.2 Receipt of Goods and Delivery Documents.

5.3 Sign the confirmation of receipt (Customer sign and write full name).

5.4 Payment* (applicable in case of payment by COD).
